Jt Official – Return & Exchange Policy Returns & Size Exchanges We offer a return and size exchange process designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers. ⸻ Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. • Sale items, accessories, intimates, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. • For multi-label items, return conditions may vary by brand and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase • The following may not be returned: pre-order items, personalized items and made to measure items (where an item is made based on your measurements that you shared with us) ⸻ How to Initiate a Return 1. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. 2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the return shipping address. 3. Return shipping fees are to be borne by the customer, except in cases where the item is received faulty or incorrect. ⸻ Refunds & Store Credit • We do not offer cash refunds for returned items. However, we are happy to assist with size exchanges or allow you to select a different design from the same brand of equal or greater value (price difference applies if higher). • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. • For damaged or incorrect items, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a resolution. ⸻ Exchanges At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
