Payment and Registration Terms

• Pay a down payment as a commitment fee of at least 50% of the total bill to the account
  (BCA – 0191153544 a.n Javastrip Corp CV) or you can pay it off all at once.
• Tour fees must be paid in full on the day before the trip starts
• Javastrip has the right to cancel the trip for certain considerations beyond our capabilities and the participant’s down payment will be returned 100%.
• The event schedule/Itinerary can change depending on weather and natural conditions as well as traffic conditions

Cancellation and Reschedule

• There is no refund of Down Payment (DP) / down payment that has been paid for trip participants who cancel their participation unilaterally.
• Reschedule / change of trip schedule is permitted, maximum confirmation 7 days before departure with Bromoventures. After more than 7 days, participants are considered to have canceled the trip
• If there is a cancellation or change of trip date due to force majeure such as a natural disaster, accident, illness, riot or caused by participant error without confirmation, it is considered a unilateral cancellation by the participant.
• If there is a cancellation or change of trip date due to force majeure such as natural disasters, closure of tourist attractions or other reasons beyond our control, the registration fee is 100% refundable.
